The candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
– Proficiency in welding and fabricating steel and aluminum.
– Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to strategize layouts and procedures.
– Assessing welding needs and choosing suitable equipment and methods accordingly.
– Preparing components for welding by accurately cutting materials using powered saws.
– Utilizing angle grinders to ready parts for welding.
– Precisely aligning components with tools such as calipers and rulers, and securing them with clamps.
– Executing welding tasks using manual or semi-automatic equipment across various positions (vertical, horizontal, or overhead).
– Repairing machinery and other elements by welding sections and filling gaps.
– Thoroughly examining welded surfaces and structures to detect any imperfections.
– Ensuring the maintenance of equipment to sustain safety standards.
– Have the ability to run and maintain a warehouse.
– Minimum of 3-4 years of experience specifically in welding steel and aluminum.
